2基のDS-01ハムバッカーは、Velaならではの煌びやかで透明感のあるクリーン・トーンから、パワフルで厚みのある低音域を備えたドライブ・トーンまで、幅広いサウンドを生み出します。また、ポールピースが露出したハムバッカー構造により、シャープで明瞭なアタック感を実現。プッシュ/プル仕様のトーン・コントロールによりハムバッカーのコイルタップが可能となり、さらにPRS独自設計のトレモロ・ブリッジを搭載することで、演奏表現の自由度をこれまで以上に高めています。
